“We”, “Us”, “Our” and “Thurston Crow” refer to Thurston Crow Limited, offering a Walk & Talk service under the brand, Change 1 Thing. “Site” refers to www.change1thing.nz. “User,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, clients, and any other users of the site or services.

Thurston Crow provides this website to enable users to book a Walk & Talk problem-solving conversation (the “Service”).
 

2. Use of the Site and Service

By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them. To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

You may use the Site and Service for lawful purposes only. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services through the Site for legitimate purposes only.

4. Services

Information provided through this Site is for educational and communication purposes only. The information provided is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We endeavour to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions, because we might not have drank enough coffee the day we published something. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
 

5. Purchase and payment

If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including your credit card number and expiration date. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) utilised in connection with any purchase.

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning service delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

We have the exclusive right to deny service if deemed necessary. If service is denied, a refund will be provided in full.
 

6. Refunds and cancellations

Cancellations with at least 5 days’ notice are fully refundable.
50% refund for cancellations with 2-4 days’ notice.
No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled Walk & Talk.

This refund and cancellation policy is clearly communicated at the point of purchase. Please review this information carefully before making a purchase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all materials, information and services included in or available through the Site are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use. The Site and all materials, information and services included in or available through the Site are provided without warranty of any kind.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thurston Crow be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.
 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Thurston Crow, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
